Heartbreak #1

I worked 12:30-9:30p yesterday. He was asking for mum mum, around dinner time. K took him up to the bedroom to let him see a pic of me. He grabbed it and gave me kisses, saying muah. xoxox

Heartbreak #2

This morning K got Tom from his crib and brought him to my bed. He jumped on to the bed and lay on top of me snuggling. I thought the snuggle would last a minute, but he just would not let go (this kid is NOT much of a cuddler). He would randomly lift up his head to get a kiss, then lay his head back down on my chest. We stayed like this for 5 min+. So bittersweet that I have to go to work and not see him for almost an entire day just to get some love and cuddles. :s

I love taking pictures. I love my baby. What better to do than take pictures of my baby….

Is it a little sad… maybe. But I don’t care.

Sounds like there is a small animal in the house somewhere…. or it may be on the roof… can’t tell where these noises are coming from.

This weekend I worked:

Fri 6:30-10:30, Sat 12:30-9:30p, Sun 10-7p

Which can also be taken as…

Friday- did not get to put Tom to bed, did not get to see K before he went to work for the night

Sat- spent 3 hours with Tom, and 0 with K before I left them all… to work

-did not get to put Tom to bed, spent 3 hours with K before we both went to bed

Sunday- spent 1/2 an hour (maybe) with Tom and K before work.. and maybe 2 hours together after work before they both went to bed.

I cried… while getting ready for work Sun morning. Tough to leave after not seeing Tom for most of the day before, and knowing I would only see him for an hour or two before his bedtime. So sad :(
